Service Policies

1. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. Failure to provide notice or missing an appointment will result in a charge for the missed service before future bookings can be made.

2. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any form of rudeness or inappropriate conduct may result in the immediate termination of services.

3. Health Considerations

Please review our list of contraindications prior to booking to ensure you are a suitable candidate for treatment. A doctor’s note may be required if there is an underlying health condition.

4. Consultations and Consent

A complimentary consultation is required before beginning any treatment. Clients must also complete and sign a consent form prior to their first session.

5. Refund and Expiry Policy

All services and prepaid packages are final sale, non refundable and non transferable. Single session services must be used within 30 days of purchase.

6. Age Requirement

All services are available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and older.

7. Insurance Receipts

Receipts for insurance purposes are not available, since treatments are classified as aesthetic and non medical.

8. Treatment Results and Aftercare

Outcomes vary by individual. Adhering to recommended aftercare is essential for optimal results.

9. Punctuality

A 15 minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Clients arriving beyond this window will need to reschedule their appointment.

10. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept cash, e transfer, and debit. Major credit cards have a 2.9 percent plus CA$0.30 fee.

11. Pricing

Service rates are subject to change without prior notice.

12. Client Eligibility

Services are offered to female and male clients alike.
